*Artist Qualification Policy: To qualify for an artist booth, a sample of work must be submitted for review along with your booth application. Please provide a link to images in the "Products or Service you intend to sell" field. Items that can easily be mass-produced (such as soap, printed copies of original artwork, etc) will not qualify for the artist booth. In order to be approved, at least 75% of the products you intend to sell have to be able to be reproduced at the table.

ASHEVILLE ANIME REGIONAL CONVENTION BOOTH REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT WILL BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY FOR ALL vendors. YOU WILL SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION FORM BY EMAIL AND RECEIVE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS UPON ACCEPTANCE. PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS OF OUR WEBSITE TO BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION YOU NEED. Payment is due within 30 days from the time you receive your table space information and your acceptance into the Vendors’ Room. Once information is received, AARC will send you an email with information on how to process your payment.
